Meredith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities. From 2006-2023, Meredith worked full-time at YWCA Greenwich Domestic Abuse Services where she served as the Director for 7 years. In addition to working directly with trauma survivors, Meredith regularly presents on various topics for community events and parent groups. She delivers trainings to professionals in various fields including family attorneys, public and private school educators, medical and behavioral health providers, community workers, and many others.
Meredith also consults with service providers and private organizations about workplace issues related to harassment and domestic violence.
Prior to her work in Greenwich, Meredith coordinated a mentoring program in Bridgeport for children whose parents were incarcerated. Meredith began her social work career as the Youth Director at the Greater Hartford JCC where she oversaw the programming for elementary and middle school-aged youth, including being the director of an overnight summer camp.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Meredith still identifies as a “city kid,” even after more than 25 years living in the ‘burbs.
